We recently started supporting a school that uses JAMF Pro. Unfortunately We have no idea how to use the software and its capabilities. The staff member that did, has since moved on.
Can anyone point me in the direction of any training guides /knowledge bases? I literally need to know everything about how to use the software. Thank you
Good morning. If you have an active subscription to Jamf and have access to Jamf Nation, you have access to the Training Catalog.
If you do not have a Jamf Nation login or don't have access to the Jamf Catalog, you will need to work with the school to get access. You can try reaching out to success@jamf.com and they can help you.
