So we've determined using Casper Remote we (admins) can gain VNC access to a machine, but we can't find a way to get this to end users.
As far as we can tell, Casper Remote works, and while that is active other VNC clients can connect to the target machine. But as soon as Remote has ended its session other VNC clients can't connect.
Enabling remote management in the system GUI on the client doesn't seem to do the trick on its own.
So if someone needs remote access to their Mac, what's the accepted business grade solution?
