Web Clips - Force to Chrome - Link config not working

This could be a Chrome thing but I have a web clip set up on iPads to redirect to Chrome.

Chrome does not want to load the page or cannot, but if I navigate to our main page and select the link to the page link I have configured, it works. Same address and everything.

I have edited the Web Clip in JAMF to reflect any possible changes. No go.

arapahoe.edu > MyACC

This is what I load into the Web Clip:

      That seems to work. Did something change? googlechrome: is what I used this past year and it worked. ugh!

        I banged my head on a wall for a few hours last spring. Not sure when/if it changed, glad it worked nevertheless. :)
