So a webclip that deals with incident reporting was on our fleet of iPads, thank link to the clip malfunctioned, so I updated the link to the correct URL and pushed the clip again, now BOTH webclips (same icon) are on the iPads- one works, one doesn’t. Any fix to get the clip that doesn’t work off the iPads?
+8Did you assign the web clip to the profile or separately?
If I need to add a web clip to a profile I build out a separate config with the web clip and then scope it to the Pre-stage. This way if I need to make changes to the URL I don't have to potentially break the profile of 10+ devices.
