+22+22UPD. I was able to get the access to version 39.10.4.5 via corporate Webex Beta portal. It is beta, and the issue is it is not compatible with MS Outlook 16.31. When 39.10.4.5 is installed, there is not Webex icon in Outlook. So, current production version "regular" people can download from Webex portal is 39.9.4.141, and it is fully compatabl with latest version of MS Outlook 16.31
I remember there is another discussion (Xcode related) do not report betas as production updates.
