We had uploaded the ScreenRecording Privacy Preferences Config Profile from Github and it is working on everyone we have enrolled except one user. When he tries to share his screen through Webex (Teams chat) it says to open system prefs to allow it- when he goes to do that, unlocks the page, clicks Screen Recording on the left, on the right it is blank and says: apps that have requested access to record the contents of your screen will appear here.

Also in Jamf Pro on his computer, there is a failed command saying:

In the payload (UUID: bunch of #s) the required key 'Allowed' is missing.

In my experience, if you are pushing down a profile to manage a PPPC, the app will not show up in the list of apps that have requested access.

I would troubleshoot that specific profile because it sounds like you have a key missing. Are the other machines that have the profile running the same macOS version as this one device?

Yeah, we not have over 100 machines enrolled in Jamf Pro and none have this issue....
