We have user that has 50 iPads that they want us to manage, we are more than willing to help but they are iPads 2s. It looks like 9.3 is the latest OS supported on the iPad 2. Is this even worth my time or can these actually be managed?

+26You can manage an iPad 2 even through DEP. I've never tried enrolling an iPad 1 before simply because our district never owned any iPad 1 models. We have 364 of them in our JSS right now (most through DEP).
+10I have about 150 iPad originals running iOS 5.1.1 under management. I can't do a lot to them but they get config profiles for wifi etc.
