+12Using Automator, and some scripting, you should be able to get a Mac to email you. I think there has to be a little bit done server side to allow it as well.
With that in mind you should then be able to have a user fill in some info, including their email address. Although you may be able to query this from your authentication system. They can put in the problem, you can pull the Mac name etc. And then the Mac will send the email to whatever email address you put in your script.
And now you have a way for a user to contact you quickly, from their desktop. As it will be an App you just use JAMF to send it out.
