This has been on here before, but when I usually have this issue a restart fixes it. We upgraded to 8.1, I have a bunch of white Self Services (no Errors) I rebooted several times, I even unmanaged removed Framework and readded, and no luck. Any idea's?

The Clients are at 8.1 also

This is what I do when I get that, and really not sure what the problem
is because one of these things randomly fixes it.

1) Recon the client 2) run quickadd on the client 3) reboot the client 4) change password in JSS for the casper client account

The odd thing is I get mixed results and some clients will never want
to connect while others will connect after a simple recon and others
need me to run all 4 steps, and on rare occasion I have some clients
that just plain won't connect at all.

On the machines that have white self services, what is the jss_url in com.jamfsotware.jamf.plist?

Is there a trailing / at the end of https://jssserver:8443?

That may be the issue, when I run the command sudo jamf createConf -server myjss.org it fixes the issue

I think that issue was fixed in version 8 though, and that you only
need to do this and add the / if you are running version 7.3 or older.

Check in the JSS that your JSS url is configured to have a "/" at the end of it

Our issue is we needed the trailing / before it would work.
