Someone has brought to my attention that several school districts have reported having issues running iOS 9.3 on older iPads regarding WiFi drops & losing 802.1x credentials. Has anyone encountered this?

Hello Yes around 80% of my fleet that were on 9.3 (before updated to 9.3.1) needed to be rebooted .... once rebooted the iPads hooked up to their proper SSIDs with credentials. The funny thing also was ALL our iPad Mini 2 (350+) with 9.3 (Other models NONE) were unable to lock onto the Set Automatically TIME & DATE while going through PreStage ... 9.3.1 resolved the issue .... Apple is still scratching their heads on that one ....

We've had that with a few devices as well... I found that by resetting all settings (without deleting data) I was able to reconnect to WiFi. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
