Wildcard for Running Services criteria in SmartGroup

Why doesn't this work? I'm trying to use a wildcard to find all Macs that have bomgar running. I would expect this to work: Running Services has com.bomgar.%
If i click the '...' button, i get a list of about 8 different versions of com.bomgar. But the smart group doesn't have any machines in it.

    It would seem that the % module can only be used with a 'Like' comparison. Unfortunately, the 'Running Services' criteria doesn't offer a 'Like' comparison, only 'Has'.
