Is your Jamf Pro server in the cloud or setup to be available off network, like in the DMZ? Or is only accessible to your devices while on the internal network?

Hi @mm2270 , right now it is only accessible on the internal network. How can i set it up to be accessible externally?

@soportetpco The Wipe/Lock commands are sent via APNS so will show as pending in Jamf until the stolen device connects to the internet, reconnects to the APNS service and ultimately checks in with Jamf.

I'm not sure how long APNS keeps these pending requests queued but given the volume of APNS notifications that are processed I suspect that it may only "live" for something like 30 days before it is deemed permanently undeliverable and is deleted.
