We're all on 10.10 and a recent Apple update
deploys a Xerox Driver Update that changed all out client's settings to Xerox Network Accounting and asks for an ID code when printing. We've never set up to use Accounting information. Anyone else encountering this? First screenshot is what it got changed to. Second is what a client who hasn't received the update sees (and what it's always been).

+10Is it possible that Accounting was always turned on at the machine, but the old driver never supported it? If you browse to the copier, you can see if accounting settings are on.
