Your Jamf Nation account has not been validated

Hi I'm having the same experience I'm trying to run a trial with the casper suite but always get the "your account has not been validated" error.

I've done the first set of steps another post stating the same thing but they did not work, I have the correct email address's in and have responded correctly to all the click here to validate emails and am still am unable to get a CSR.

Help would be much appreciated
