We're moving our IT dept onto Zendesk for a ticketing system and I'm curious to hear if anyone has built/used any sort of ZD to JSS integrations? Especially with 9.0 Cloud and the improved API, it seems like this would be fairly easy to do. Most importantly in my book, it would be a huge time saving to have.

I reached out to the Zendesk guys on here, and asked if they had anything they had built.. At the time they were just starting to implement casper... (mind you that was about 6 months ago.)

Has anyone tried Oomnitza?

We're going down the same route. However, we're luck enough to have built our own inventory (integrated with our JSS via their API) and fortunately ZDs API is quite open (So my Db developer says). Having direct integration would be cool though!

So I've not been responding here as I've lost the 'attention' of my DB developer and have been directed to pursue integrations without his support. I'm either going to figure out some time to handle the integration myself or start looking at creative ways to use ZenDesk... or even move to a more full featured solution. I quite like ZenDesk, but we chose it almost completely because of it's API. Sorry for not getting more info here sooner.

P.S> If anyone has some creative ideas about managing invoices within the ZenDesk interface I'd love to hear about it, but I suppose this isn't the thread for it. Regardless, I would still very much love for JAMF to come up with some brilliant solution.

Just found this integration in the new marketplace:

Going to test it out.
