Multiple AWS systems continue to stabilize, and we are still seeing limited intermittent impact across the Jamf Platform. The vast majority of Jamf systems remain fully operational. However, a small subset of Identity Automation customers may continue to experience degraded performance or limited functionality due to ongoing AWS latency.

Customers are experiencing an interruption in data processing when using Jamf Protect due to the ongoing AWS latency issues. This is affecting Telemetry, ULogs, and Alerts when sending to Jamf Cloud. Jamf will provide ongoing updates.
