We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apple Support Technician to join our Technology Services team. This full-time entry-level role supports our staff and students across a managed Apple environment (iPads and MacBooks).
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering friendly first-level help desk support
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with iPads, MacBooks and related peripherals
- Assisting with device setup, configuration, updates and basic maintenance
- Logging and managing support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
- Providing excellent customer service in a school setting
