Job Description
Provide hardware and software support to our Mac users
Responsibilities
- Work directly with users to resolve Mac hardware and software issues
- Install new software and upgrades for Mac via JAMF
- Assist in configuring and testing changes to Mac image
- Support Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well as other enterprise applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Assist with end user training
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, friendly disposition, and strong communication skills
- Experience utilizing JAMF PRO to install, configure, and deploy Mac software
- Experience troubleshooting Macs in an enterprise environment
- Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well as other enterprise applications such as O365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Knowledge of Bash/shell scripting is a plus
