I'm an IT professional based in Bryan/College Station, Texas, with hands-on experience supporting and managing Apple devices in an educational environment.
I'm a Jamf Certified Associate – Jamf Pro and have professional experience with Jamf Pro policies, configuration profiles, device enrollment, application deployment, inventory management, and macOS troubleshooting. I also have experience supporting Windows and ChromeOS environments.
I'm currently exploring full-time opportunities in desktop support, Apple endpoint management, IT support, or related technical roles. I'm open to remote positions throughout Texas or onsite opportunities within commuting distance of Bryan/College Station.
