Interesting point and fair question. We don’t. However, our salaries are all public and published on the district’s site. Since this position is vacant, you won’t find it listed, but you can find everyone else in ITS, which may be able to inform your decision. I will also say that I’ve had two people in this position over the last several years. In neither case did we have someone refuse our offer.
