Summary

This person manages mobile devices for staff and students as the primary Apple Device, and secondary Google Admin Console, Administrator. This includes the development of device deployment processes, configuration policies, testing, documenting, updating, and effectively communicating procedures. They will actively provide training and mentorship for downstream support teams and school staff. This position also provides hands-on field support on location and tier 2 technical support to district staff and students (clients).
