Senior Apple / Jamf Workspace Engineer — Remote
Description:
DeepSense is looking for a senior hands-on Apple / Workspace Engineer to build our corporate IT environment from scratch for a globally distributed technology company.
We need someone who has personally implemented and managed Apple Business Manager + MDM environments, not just supported existing setups.
What you’ll work on:
- Apple Business Manager + MDM (Jamf / Kandji / Mosyle / Intune)
- macOS enrollment, FileVault, updates and compliance
- Google Workspace + SSO/MFA, SAML/OIDC/SCIM
- Automated onboarding/offboarding
- Secure virtual workspaces for contractors
- Documentation and ongoing administration
Who we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in IT Systems / Endpoint / Workspace Engineering
- Strong hands-on macOS + ABM/MDM experience
- Identity/access experience
- Ability to configure, integrate and automate systems yourself
Jamf/Kandji, Okta, scripting/APIs, Coder, AWS WorkSpaces, Google Cloud Workstations, MacStadium or Terraform are strong pluses.
What we offer:
Remote · Project-based consulting
Initial implementation: 4–8 weeks
Budget: approx. US$4,000 fixed scope
Optional ongoing support: 6–8 hours/month, US$400–600/month
This is not a DevOps or helpdesk role — you will own the corporate user environment across identity, access, devices and secure workspaces.
