We’re looking for a highly motivated IT professional who’s passionate about innovation, automation, and creating great user experiences. This role supports both Windows and Apple environments (macOS, iOS, Android) and offers hands-on opportunities with Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft 365.

📍 Location: Las Vegas, NV (in-person role)
💰 Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 + benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide frontline support for both workstation and mobility platforms

• Assist with onboarding, imaging, MDM management (Intune/Jamf), and endpoint security

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to drive efficiency and improve user experience

• Stay curious — bring new ideas, automation, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices

• Familiarity with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira)

• Passion for problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement
