Hello Everyone,
I wanted to check and see if anyone else has any good videos or documentation on how to use the App Request feature in Jamf School before i or our Tech Coach created some. I'm going to try and use that this year and not allow staff to request apps through our Helpdesk Email. That way we don’t play the back and forth game of is this the right app.
Let me know if anyone has any good videos, documentation, lessons, or other items for this. If you have amazing PD items for other Jamf School tools id love to see them as well as I'm always looking for better ways for our staff to learn how to use the available tools.
