Users all across the domain are receiving this error and I cannot seem to understand why this is suddenly happening. Users range from Mojave to Catalina users 10.14.1 to 10.15.4 has anyone seen anything like this before?

Noted this was due to Durva inSync version 6.5.1 which seems to have Catalina incompatibility. Once we updated the machines to version 6.6.2 the current revision it seems to have corrected the issue.

We've begun experiencing this too. We upgraded Druva inSync to the latest version 6.6.3 and it did not resolve it but caused it to pop-up more often. After the upgrade it popped up twice in a row then we did a reboot which caused two more pop-ups. Our users who are experiencing the most frequent pop-ups are running 10.14.*.

I found that enabling Druva in location services fixed this issue.
