Configure your Notification Settings

As you settle into Jamf Nation, we'd like you to take a moment to configure your account settings to ensure you're getting the notifications you'd like to receive. If you were a member of our legacy Jamf Nation, your subscription follows migrated to this platform, but your preferred settings did not. Please take a moment to set them now and ensure you get the content you want!

Note: You can only alter your email address, first name, and last name in your Jamf Account.

 

Know your Settings

To access your notification settings:

  1. Select My Subscriptions  
  2. Check the box or boxes of the notifications you'd like to opt into. 

Note: As previously stated, Jamf One is no longer available. The mobile notifications are not connected to Jamf One.

For a point of reference, the screenshots above include the notification settings available to you in the previous platform. If you cannot locate a setting you had previously configured, leave a comment here on this post, and the community will help you locate it.

 

Email Settings

We also suggest you take time to review your email format settings. Here you can change the content as presented in your email inbox. If you've changed your language settings in your user profile, you should also receive your notification emails in your preferred language.

If you'd like, you can also reply to a notification email, and it will post a comment in the community. You will see this reply link in the footer of your email. Simply replying to the email will not post a comment on a thread.
