Jamf Connect Configuration Okta URLS

Does anyone know where to get the URL's for the Jamf Connect Configuration with Okta? Specifically for the Change Password and Reset Password URLs when you're using OKTA?

 I don't know why they cover like 99% of how to do everything except this.

I don't believe there are URLs.  If you click the Change Password option in the menu I believe it takes you right to the Okta password page.  (Assuming you are using the default OKTA API and not a custom login URL).
