Has anyone run into this before? I'm attempting to put implement JAMF in my place of employment. Connect Configuration tests to OKTA was successful. I can get the Connect login on the device but when I enter my credentials I get an error message: authentication failed, reason: the data from the response is unable to read JSON.

I'm at a loss here,
Brandon

Did you happen to have any luck with figuring this out? I am seeing the same issue--also testing Jamf Connect with Okta.

Just to follow up, we noticed that our policy sending our Okta plist was being removed and this was the cause of us receiving this error.

Any luck getting this worked out? I'm getting the same as I'm starting to test.
