Our school started by aligning our classroom Ipads by pre-stage enrollments. When we got to the 2nd year of using JAMF and had to shift Ipads to other rooms because of enrollment changes, I used pre-stage to put the Ipads in the new rooms, and the config files got crossed up.
We've tried erase all content and settings as well as DFU, but the crossed up config files still remain - any ideas anyone?
