Has anyone else seen this problem before, we have a few macs bound to Active Directory that are setup to create mobile accounts when the user logs in. This works fine except the user has parental controls enabled by default, the parental controls don't restrict anything but we're not sure why or how it's being enabled. We've tried setting up AD and enabling mobile accounts on a fresh copy of Sierra with the same results, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Is this an AD behavior for all MacOS versions, later MacOS versions, or a behavior with devices managed by JAMF?
+1Same happening to me, and when a parent changes the student's settings they just go back to the default nothing on next login.
