The answer is Settings > System Settings > Change Management. Not a whole lot of info in there but at least it shows who did the editing.
+24Provided it hasn't been too long and log flushing hasn't occurred since the change, you should be able to go into the saved advanced search and click the History button to see a list of recent changes, which should include the username of the person who made the most recent change.
