+9Cisco AnyConnect is just a client for connecting to a Cisco VPN service. Are you looking to replace the whole VPN service, or just the client? If the latter, I don't think you have much of a choice without replacing the service.
+9Long ago, it was possible to use macOS's built-in VPN client with Cisco VPN providers. I don't know if that still works to connect with newer Cisco VPN servers.
System Preferences > Network > + > Interface: VPN > Cisco IPSec
