So...this has been there since at least 9.31.
If you go to the Users tab and search for a user in the database. Click on the user result that comes up and on the left side under VPP Assignments. Under that it may list "34 Assignmentss" The two se's on Assignments is the issue...nothing major and all works, but this polish is simple to add in 9.41 or something.
