We are looking into this right now, on friday our Exchange server was pegged and had to be restarted, 99% CPU and a full hard drive, scary stuff. Ill report back anything we find that may be of use. Also saw this:
We ended up writing a batch file that will remove the logs on our exchange server every night. Also notified our Apple SE and he too is seeing a few more cases of this.
Yep, we reported this issue to Apple Enterprise Support a few weeks ago. Still no fixes!! We even got Microsoft working on this too... but it's an iOS bug.
