Anyone using ADSelfService Plus?

Does anyone have experience with this product from ManageEngine?

https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/mac-os-x-login-agent.html

They offer a Login Agent that allows AD password resets from the login screen. I have some concerns about FileVault (won't work with FV2 enabled) and compatibility (it will break every time OS X is released) but otherwise it seems reasonable.

Anyone using this?

I can't help with the SelfService Plus piece but we just went with Self Service Password Reset Tool https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/self-service-password-reset.html

Like I said I can't help specifically with your FV questions, but if you have other questions about the company, support etc LMK

Do either of these work with Keychain and syncing up it's password with the AD password?

@ooshnoo The tool I mentioned is tied directly to the AD password https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/self-service-password-reset.html but I'm not sure about anything related to keychain.

Hello,

I am reviving the topic because we have just implemented ADSelfService Plus within our company but for the Mac part we have two problems:
- Our Macs have FileVault2 enabled and the ADSelfService Plus button does not appear during FileVault authentication.
- Once FileVault has passed and arrived on the user session login page, the ADSelfService Plus button is under the Jamf logo so it is impossible to click on it.

For the moment we only use the password change part via the JamfConect menu bar which points to the ADSelfService Plus website but we would like to be able to fully use the ADSelfService Plus tool.

For information, we are on several different MacOs (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma and Sequoia).

Do you have the same problem or do you have a solution to solve it?
