Apache Upgrade

Our security scan tool told me that my apache version has a vulnerability: http://web.nvd.nist.gov/view/vuln/detail?vulnId=cve-2011-3192

I'm currently running Snow Leopard Server and didn't know if anyone had a good guide to upgrade this?

Sometimes exceptions can get dismissed but I've had this one in my queue for a few months. Apache currently hosts 2.2.21 as the "recommended version": http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi#apache22

I'd appreciate any help.

We usually get exceptions for anything that is provided by the OS. Not sure
about Apple, but some other vendors back port and have documentation about
it that you can hand over to your Security folks.
