I have configured school Ipads and allow students installing apps; however some students came back saying that they can’t download any apps they can access app store but can’t download free apps.
Any idea!!

"Can't download any apps"- Does it bring up an Apple ID prompt?
How did you prepare the iPads? Apple Configurator, Local setup...
+36Sounds like there's a configuration profile set to restrict downloading/installing [free/age restricted/etc] apps?
