I pushed out an app to the students' iPads. It auto loaded for some students but did not load for others. The students tried to load it through Self Service. Now when I try to push it out I get the error that the Apple ID cannot be used to purchase apps.

+14If the iPads are on iOS 12 then you need your JSS to be at 10.7 or above..
