Has anyone successfully implemented Epic Bedside using JAMF? I have the MyChart URL but anything after that I am lost.
If so I could use some help with the AppConfig for Bedside.
Epic has not been much help and our Epic team is not familiar with the values needed. Here is the only information Epic sent us.
Work with your MDM representative to pass your MyChart server URL to hospital-owned tablets so the tablets can be activated with a numeric code. The MyChart Bedside application must be updated to version 10.9 or higher to receive the server URL.
Once the Bedside app is deployed via the managed configuration, your hospital-owned tablets can be activated with a numeric code.

Im not familiar with this application unfortunately , but the responce you got is a massive red flag and honestly something I would move to dump a vendor over.
It should just a be a Configuration Profile you need to deploy, and you would use the Applications & Custom Settings payload with the Upload option then dump in the XML the vendor provided you and deploy. I understand them not knowing Jamfs UI/UX, but they should be able to provide you the XML of the profile you need to deploy and the domain it needs to target (ie com.epic.sucks).
Ultimately Configuration Profiles are just xml, and are fairly universal. However, what keys the domain you are targeting supports and how they are configured is entirely up to the developer, or Epic in your case.
