Hi everyone,

I'd like to pick your brains a little bit; we have classroom sets of iPads that aren't assigned to individual users in OD, but to just one user (for ease of deployment's sake). Now in Apple Classroom, it only shows it as one device. Is there a way to have all devices show, even though it's only one user, as they show in Casper Focus?

Thanks!

I don't think this is possible. Edu profiles are done at user level so what you are seeing is the user, not the iPad (device).

It might be worth setting up shared iPad mode and having users login to the iPad?

RLR is correct. You'll need to wipe and re-enroll those iPads as Shared iPads. Then students can log in to any iPad in that group with their Managed Apple IDs.

We don't use Shared iPads. The bummer here is that Casper Focus is no longer in the App Store. Luckily, some of our teachers still have it so they are able to do that, but...Yeah
