I have some student ipads that are not showing Apple Classroom, Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

    Do the iPads have an EDU profile installed? When you look under Inventory>Profiles you should see an EDU one. The other thing to check is in Jamf under the Users tab. Do a search for the user and check if they have a General,Roster, and Device listed in one.
