Apple Configurator Configuration Profile removal

We just came into JSS for our MDM about a year ago. But before this, used an instance of Apple Configurator to manage these devices. There are some iPads that still have a Configuration profile we created in Apple Configurator that was set not to be removed, but the computer that was used to create this profile is no longer with us.

Is there anyway that we can force remove this profile from the user's iPad without having to wipe the device? It is causing conflicts with other payloads we have created in JSS. We were hoping that there was some way to remove this profile, without having to tamper with our users' data.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Hi Brett

Were these device Supervised by Configurator? If so, without the original machine I don't think you will be able to remove the profiles other than wiping the device. If the devices were not supervised you could try connecting them up to a machine running iPhone Configuration Utility and see if you can remove them from there.
