One of my users is trying to subscribe to Apple news+ using his personal Apple ID, but he always gets the message:
"you don't have permission to purchase subscriptions on this iPad"
There is no restriction in-place to purchase form the App Store. "Allow in-app purchase" is enabled,
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or what the cause could be?
