Since Oct Ive noticed that the Self Service Apps we have downloaded on Mobile Devices turn white and then reappear, there seems to be no rhyme or reason or fix for this. Has anyone else encountered this and if so what if any, is the fix. We are running the current version of Casper.

The app icons on the iPad turn white? How long are they white? Is it an app here and there, or all at once? Has the app been updated to a new version?
