Apple TV and 802.1x profile woes

Hello, after spending several days and research on the web just to add a apple tv to our network, I have come up with the solution that worked for us to allow the apple tv to connect to our wireless network via 802.1x authentication.
The following url is apple's way to create a config profile for the apple tv.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5438

The key point I noticed of this KB is the following statement:
"You will need to include the full trust chain for the RADIUS server in the Trust tab"
I had to add the certificate in the "certificate" area in creating a profile via Apple Configurator (using the latest version).
The certificate comes from the server that hosts the radius server process.

Also for security type: I used "Any Enterprise" instead of WPA2 Enterprise for the profile.
Other settings need to match your environment.

Hope this helps
Stephen

One thing we have seen just as a heads up is that anytime ours lose power they lose the network settings. Well actually it is the time settings so it might not affect you, but because it loses the time, until we either attach it to our guest network of plug it in, then it updates its time, it's authentication to our wireless doesn't work. Not sure why they couldn't put a small battery in there like a computer.
