Hello dear Jamf community,
I hope you can help me here. I'm very desperate and can't find any help.
We have 17 iPads connected to Jamf-School at work.
Some apps won't install or update. It says "Wait" all the time, but nothing happens even if you update the app via the Jamf administration etc.
Does anyone know the solution to this?

In my case it is always Wi-Fi. Try to go to:
- Settings
- Wi-Fi
- Click on your SSID and the little "i" icon on the right
- Scroll down to Private Wi-Fi Address and turn it to the OFF position
The other issue maybe check your storage.

There may be configuration profiles attached to those iPads preventing you from effectively problem-solving this issue. On the JSS side, what types of configuration profiles are installed on one of the client iPads?
Also, are you able to push apps successfully to other iPads in your fleet?

On iPad deleting one of the waiting Apps.
Then in Jamf go to the Mobile Device Apps and select the same App, find the App (Make sure Distribution Method: Install Automatically/Prompt User to Install is set) and then do a and do a Force Update.
