When we first started using the Volume Purchase Program, the apps installed silently without a problem. I believe we were on ISO 7 at the time. Now that most of our iPad are on ISO 8 and 9, the apps are not silently installing. BUT we can find the app under purchased in the App Store. We are still able to install the apps this way, I was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue
