Just wondering does this screen only work if you have AD or SSO enabled in Jamf? If I create accounts manually in Jamf Pro this doesn't allow me to assign them.

It works as long as you have a directory or LDAP source connected to Jamf.

We have Okta for SSO, but that doesn't connect the directory so we also have it connected as an LDAP source and it works perfectly.

Ok so you can’t create all your users manually in Jamf and use this feature?

Any updates here? Also trying to make it work without LDAP. Also tried adding users manually into JamfPro no luck, would be happy NOT to configure LDAPS AD service.

@eimis I got a update from Jamf support that you must use LDAP for this to work. Vote up my feature request to allow this.
