Autonomy Connected Backup 8.8.5 update from 8.8.2

I am looking to see if anyone has deployed Connected Backup to your environment and how did you retained the end user account info or configuration. I am testing the latest version and the install went fine but the account is not longer active after updating it to the latest version 8.8.5.

Old post, but...make sure the script you use to run the installer uses REINSTALL=ALL to prevent overwriting settings, user, etc.
