Hi,
PE is pointing you to autopkgr which in fact is a tool that will help you with like 90% of the things you can do with autopkg. In that case just grab the DMG install it and run it. Afterwards you can install autopkg as well as other tools. There you can also configure everything you need for JAMF-Uploader to actually upload packages to your Distribution Point (if this option is not bugged anymore.... in that case you may need to configure your account for the Uploader via terminal).

Step by Step heavily depends on your scenario.... it is possible to automate up to the point of distributing...
In the environment i am working at we stop after uploading to the DP and start manual Testing before doing anything else with a package.
